Monovarietal olive oil from old autochthonous Istrian olive variety, one of the most valued Croatian olive oils.
The oil is light green to golden yellow in color with intense fruit taste and arome of olive leaves, aromatic herbs, artichokes, almonds, tomatoes and apples with a pleasent balance of bitterness and spiciness.
It is an excellent addition to fresh raw foods such as blue fish (tuna, salmon), red meat and traditional mediterranean dishes. It is also recommended as a condiment to grilled seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and sea food risottos.
Italian variety from Tuscany, an olive that has shown excellent results in the Istrian climate regarded as one of the most grateful varieties in olive pollination.
Pendolino oil has a bright light green color and is characterized by a pronounced bitterness with mild hints of spiciness, fruity aroma, taste of fresh grass, artichoke, mint and rosemary. Excellent in combination with cream soups, salads, venison and steaks.
