Delivery is carried out via the delivery company MBE Zagreb-Center using the MBE economy delivery service.
The company MBE Zagreb-Center delivers parcels from Monday to Friday.
Delivery is door-to-door to every address.
After receiving the order, the products will be delivered to the customer’s address in the Republic of Croatia within 2-4 working days. For customers within the EU, the products will be delivered within 7-15 days.
For shipments outside the EU, please send us an inquiry to the email address: prodaja@kristofola.com.
The delivery price for the Republic of Croatia is fixed at € 7.
Delivery to other countries is charged based on the weight of the product (order package) and the country of delivery and it will be calculated automatically during the checkout process on the Kristofola Webshop.
By purchasing the product, the customer agrees that their phone number will be written on the package label for easier and faster delivery.
Instructions for collection
When collecting the order, we advise you to inspect your shipment thoroughly. In case of any kind of damage, please do not accept the shipment.
If the order is not delivered to the Customer due to their mistake, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the Customer.
